Job Location: Nagpur

Position Summary:

The System Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance,

configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and network systems. The role

includes managing the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, supporting

the operational needs of the business, and ensuring the security and

efficiency of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows servers.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Monitor server health, performance, and system logs.
• Ensure system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Install and configure new systems, applications, and services.
• Collaborate with teams for system upgrades, patches, and updates.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus

software.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Document system architecture, procedures, and workflows.
• Assist in network and database administration as required.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in system administration.
• Strong expertise with Windows Server.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory,

Apache.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Experience in security management, firewalls, and system hardening.
• Proficient in system backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure).
