Ex-Lenskart Operations Manager

Are you an Ex-Lenskart professional ready to build something from the ground up? We're launching a new vertical and are on the lookout for an Operations Manager with deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of the high-growth D2C space.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be an ex-Lenskart team member

Proven track record in managing end-to-end operations

Experience in scaling processes from zero to one

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills

Startup mindset: agile, ownership-driven, and execution-focused

Your Role:

Set up and streamline operations for a new vertical

Work closely with cross-functional teams: product, supply chain, CX, and marketing

Build SOPs, optimize performance metrics, and drive operational efficiency

Recruit and lead the ops team as we scale

📍 Location: Delhi NCR

🕒 Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
