RFP/RFI Management: Analyze, prepare, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) related to EW systems. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals.
Customer Interaction: Address and resolve technical queries from end users regarding EW system functionalities, specifications, and capabilities. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support as required.
Team Coordination: Act as the liaison for inter- and intra-team communications and task management to ensure timely project execution. Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritization, and resolution of technical and operational issues. Billing & Financial Oversight: Track team effort, resource utilization, and generate project billing inputs. Coordinate with finance for budget planning, invoicing, and financial reporting related to EW projects. Technical Expertise Bonus: Provide domain expertise in RF systems, wireless communication protocols, and radar technologies. Assist in system integration, testing, and performance validation.
