Evnt Planner

Marathon Event Planner al from concept to completion, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination (catering, security, medical, timing), marketing, registration, route planning, sponsor liaison, and day-of execution, ensuring a smooth, safe, and successful event for thousands of runners, volunteers, and spectators, requiring strong project management, negotiation, crisis management, and stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop event goals, theme, budget, timeline, and master plan.
• Logistics & Operations: Secure venues/routes, manage setup/breakdown, coordinate transportation, AV, catering, and safety (medical, police).
• Vendor & Sponsor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage relationships with suppliers (timing companies, t-shirt printers, etc.), and fulfill sponsor obligations.
• Marketing & Promotion: Oversee branding, social media, PR, and registration/ticketing platforms to attract participants.
• Volunteer & Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers for various roles.
• Risk & Crisis Management: Identify potential issues (weather, injuries, logistics) and develop mitigation plans.
• On-Site Execution: Oversee all event day activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure attendee satisfaction.
• Post-Event: Conduct evaluations, prepare reports, manage finances, and gather feedback for future events.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Skills: Project management, negotiation, crisis management, communication, organization, leadership, attention to detail, budget management, problem-solving.
• Experience: Event planning, hospitality, or related field; experience with large-scale endurance events is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
