Events & Partnerships Manager

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking an Events Manager to join our Marketing team and drive engagement with our clients, leads, and ecosystem partners. In this role, you will lead the entire project lifecycle of events, from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, venues, speakers, vendors, and suppliers, will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Your deep understanding of venue capabilities, catering options, and technology will enable you to recommend the best solutions for each event. You will be responsible for planning and implementing various physical and digital event programs, such as conclaves, trade shows, product launches, and conferences, aligning them with our business objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining event goals, and driving planning meetings will be essential to ensure the success of each event. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and dedicated individual with at least 4 years of corporate event marketing and tradeshows experience. Strong networking, communication, and multitasking skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction. This position is based in Bangalore and requires availability for domestic travel. Demonstrated success in event planning, a marketing mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a can-do attitude with big-picture thinking are qualities we are looking for in potential candidates.
