Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, weddings, exhibitions, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in line with client requirements and budgets.
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure cost-effective services.
  • Oversee logistics, including catering, dcor, audio-visual setup, security, and transport.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Create and implement event marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email promotions, and advertising.
  • Supervise staff, volunteers, and vendors during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Handle client communications and ensure their satisfaction before, during, and after events.
  • Anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports to measure success and suggest improvements.
