Events Coordinator

Hi,

We are looking for an events coordinator in Gandhinagar Uvarsad area.

Only female candidates are needed for the role.

The description of the profile is as follows:-

Key responsibilities

• Client consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and objectives for the event.
• Budget management: Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and handle billing and payments to ensure the event stays within cost.
• Vendor and venue coordination: Research, select, and book venues, caterers, entertainment, and other vendors, acting as the main point of contact.
• Logistics and planning: Manage all logistical details, including creating timelines, floor plans, seating arrangements, and coordinating deliveries for supplies.
• Event execution: Supervise the event on the day of, ensuring all elements run smoothly, managing staff and volunteers, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Marketing and promotion: Develop and implement promotional strategies, manage publicity, and oversee ticket sales if applicable.
• Post-event evaluation: Assess the event's success, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and create post-event reports.
• Administrative tasks: Handle administrative duties like filing, answering emails, and maintaining detailed records.
