Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Vendor Management: - Identify and establish relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Negotiate contracts and pricing for cost-effectiveness. - Handle procurement processes and resolve issues with vendors efficiently. - Coordinate logistics with hotels and vendors for smooth event operations. - Database Management: - Maintain and update company databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Organize data entry processes and input new data. - Event Coordination: - Assist in planning and organizing events, including scheduling and venue selection. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders for successful event execution. - Manage event-related communications and marketing activities. - Handle on-site event management and resolve issues during events. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in vendor management, database management, social media management, and event coordination. - Exceptional communication skills and a results-driven approach. - Demonstrated leadership abilities to align with Hurun Report's vision. - "Go-getter" attitude with a passion for driving impactful change. - Excellent academic qualifications preferred for strong problem-solving skills and dedication.
