Job Description

Overview: Shangar Decor Limited is seeking a skilled and responsible Event Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role involving both office-based planning and on-site event execution. Candidates must be capable of independently managing all aspects of event coordination, from client meetings to final execution. Key Responsibilities: Create event proposals and client presentations Meet and communicate with clients to understand event requirements Coordinate with godown/warehouse for inventory and logistics Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling on-site Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reports Take full ownership and accountability of assigned events Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the event management or event decor industry is mandatory Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure Flexible for on-site work, travel, and irregular hours as per event schedules Professional attitude and client-facing experience preferred Note: Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.
