Job Description – Event Supervisor

The Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring all aspects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the event plan. This role involves supervising on-site teams, coordinating vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown across multiple venues
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and technical teams for timely delivery of services
• Monitor adherence to event timelines, layouts, and safety protocols
• Oversee guest movement, crowd control, and general event flow
• Address on-site issues and resolve operational challenges in real-time
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of all event areas
• Prepare post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
• Act as the on-ground point of contact for clients and senior coordinators

• Understanding of event production, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and late nights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in event operations or site supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
