Job Description

As an Events Executive in Integrated Facilities Management, your role will involve facilitating client visits off site and external events, managing audio visual requirements off site, handling off site function and meal arrangements, and overall management of all external events for the client. You will be responsible for event related escalations, vendor management, training, customer feedback reporting and management. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of new vendors to ensure high service levels at optimum cost and negotiating with hotels for better competitive rates.
