Events ExecutiveIntegrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:

Facilitate Client Visits Off site/External Events
Audio Visual Requirements Off site. and Off site function and meal arrangements
Overall management of all External Events for the client
Responsible for Event related Escalation
Vendor Management
Training
Customer Feedback reporting and Management.
Development of new vendor to ensure high service levels at optimum cost.
To negotiate with Hotels for better competitive rates.
