Event & Social Media Coordinator Internship in Mumbai

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Event coordination:
• Manage and coordinate models who register with us.
• Handle offline event execution, including coordination with designers, partners, guests, jury members, and setup teams.
• Manage VVIPs and celebrity guests during events to ensure a seamless experience.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as sponsors, partners, and vendors.
• Support the planning and execution of show timelines, rehearsals, and backstage management.
• Social media management:
• Manage official social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
• Coordinate posts, stories, and reels aligned with event activities and brand promotions.
• Increase brand visibility and engagement through creative campaigns and online presence.
• Collaborate with the creative team for content, captions, and event promotions.
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Experience in event coordination and/or social media management preferred.
• Comfortable managing high-profile personalities (VVIPs, celebrities, jury).
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
