About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Event Sales Representative to handle inbound queries related to our events. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers who express interest, provide them with detailed event information, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Respond to queries received through calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and professionally. Provide detailed information about event schedules, ticket categories, pricing, and special packages. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their event experience. Sales Conversion: Follow up with potential customers to ensure queries are converted into bookings or sales. Encourage upselling by promoting premium ticket options, group bookings, or add-ons. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries using CRM tools or other systems. Track and report on daily and weekly sales activity and conversion rates. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to stay updated on ongoing campaigns and promotions. Liaise with the operations team to provide accurate and up-to-date event information to customers. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in events or hospitality. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
