Event Sales Coordinator

Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time, on-site Event Sales Coordinator for Panigrahana Weddings in Bengaluru. Your main responsibilities will include managing client relationships, coordinating with in-house vendors, planning wedding events, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role will require you to handle customer inquiries, organize event logistics, and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Moreover, you will need to have a significant on-site presence at various event locations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction - Coordinate with in-house vendors for various wedding services - Plan and organize wedding events effectively - Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information - Work closely with the sales team to meet revenue targets - Maintain a significant on-site presence at different event locations Qualifications: - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills - Experience in Event Planning and Event Management - Sales skills and experience in driving revenue targets - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in the wedding or events industry is a plus,
