Client Communication and Relationship Management: Generate Leads for sponsorships, stalls selling and for ads and ensure payments. Communicating with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored proposals, and provide updates throughout the planning process.
Vendor Management:Identifying, negotiating with, and managing vendors for various event needs, such as catering, entertainment, and decorations.
Logistics and Operations:Handling event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, setup, and equipment management.
On-site Management:Supervising event operations on the day of the event, addressing any issues or changes that may arise, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
