Event Producer

• Lead event production from concept to closure
• Plan and execute large-scale spiritual & cultural events
• Manage vendors: stage, sound, lighting, décor, security, volunteers
• Oversee crowd flow, safety, permissions, and risk management
• Control budgets, timelines, and execution quality
• Coordinate with spiritual leaders, authorities, and internal teams

• 7–15 years experience in large-scale events / festivals
• Proven handling of 10,000+ attendee events
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and crisis handling skills
• Experience in cultural / spiritual / mass participation events preferred
• Willingness to travel pan-India
