Job Description

This an onsite position based out of Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar, the candidate must have prior experience in managing events preferably at a hotel. Qualifications: Manage all incoming enquiries for the booking of groups and/or meetings and events at the hotel’s Event spaces and F&B outlets. Conduct site inspections with prospective and existing clients to showcase event spaces, public areas, outlets and bedrooms Develop a thorough understanding of inhouse AV and Technology products, and services to support sales and cross sell to clients. Refined verbal and written communication skills A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience is mandatory Must be proficient in general computer knowledge Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast paced environment
