Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Event Planner with proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Vectorworks. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating floor plans and layouts using AutoCAD 2D and Vectorworks, managing budgets, liaising with clients and vendors, and troubleshooting issues that arise during the planning process. The role requires working closely with the project managers and the design team to ensure that all events are delivered to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Vectorworks
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Architecture, or related field i
• Experience in the event production industry is a plus
