This full-time on-site role based in Mumbai is for an Event Planner proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Vectorworks. The Event Planner will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing events. Key responsibilities include developing event concepts, creating floor plans and layouts using AutoCAD 2D and Vectorworks, managing budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, and resolving any issues that may arise during the planning phase. Collaboration with project managers and the design team is essential to ensure that all events meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in Event Planning and Event Management, along with proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Vectorworks. Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, and experience in the event production industry would be advantageous.,
