JD :

• Event Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define event goals, target audience, and overall vision. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Logistics & Execution: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection and negotiation, vendor management (catering, AV, entertainment, transportation, etc.), and on-site event coordination.
• Budget & Financial Management: Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial objectives and maximizing return on investment. Negotiate contracts and costs with vendors and suppliers.
• Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute event promotion strategies, including digital and traditional channels.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the event, ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate event staff, volunteers, and external contractors, fostering effective teamwork and clear communication.
• Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting: Gather feedback, analyze event success metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform future event planning and improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with venues and suppliers.
• Budgeting and financial management expertise, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability to address unforeseen challenges and changes.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
