Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse focused on delivering Smarter Technology for All. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for Service Desk Operations and providing VIP-level support during events. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment on-site, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals. - Install and configure devices, transfer data, and deploy operating systems via SCCM or Ghost. - Troubleshoot operating systems, productivity tools, and antivirus software. - Handle customer interactions, update/close tickets in the ticketing tool, and provide onsite support anywhere in India. - Assist in planning, setting up, and executing live events, conferences, and VIP experiences. - Monitor event-related IT infrastructure, coordinate technical requirements, and provide high-level technical support for VIP attendees. - Document technical issues, resolutions, and feedback from events to improve future processes. - Collaborate with event coordinators and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution. - Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and VIPs. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate. - Experience: 2-4 years in IT support, service desk, or event technology roles. - Experience providing VIP-level support during events. - Familiarity with audio-visual systems, live streaming technology, and network infrastructure. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts for 24x7 support. Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, event equipment, and IT infrastructure. - Proficiency in troubleshooting common IT issues and providing high-touch support to VIP guests. - Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments and manage urgent technical issues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,
