Event Manager Intern

As an Event Planner at Bubblz Entertainment, your role involves end-to-end event planning and execution, including traveling to different event locations and managing online documentation. Your responsibilities include: - Planning and executing live events in various locations - Managing supplier and venue relationships with attention to detail and best practices - Creating milestone planners to achieve key targets within set dates - Collaborating with sponsors and partners to develop on-site activations - Aligning product goals and execution strategies with department heads and region heads - Integrating marketing and social media strategies into event planning - Collaborating with Directors and sales team to create new event concepts for clients - Coordinating with partner events to enhance value for clients To excel in this role, you should have: - Good business acumen with the ability to inspire and motivate - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours At Bubblz Entertainment, you will work alongside talented individuals in a flat hierarchy where your ideas are valued.
