• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and products.
• Create and manage online events to ensure that expenses stay within set limits.
• Coordination of staff and volunteers.
• Monitor and evaluate event success through post-event surveys and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve event planning processes.
