Job Title: Event Management Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and organize events, conferences, and seminars.
2. Manage all event preparations including venue, dcor, catering, and logistics.
3. Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and other stakeholders for schedules and requirements.
4. Arrange seminars and ensure smooth execution.
5. Handle vendor management and negotiate for best services.
6. Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Oversee on-site activities and resolve issues promptly.
8. Prepare post-event reports and collect feedback.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of vendor coordination and budgeting.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
