Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and managing events, executing marketing strategies, and providing training for event staff at the Youth United Council of India in Chennai. Your role will involve organizing and coordinating events, managing event logistics, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in developing marketing campaigns and promoting events. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage events effectively. - Execute marketing strategies with a focus on promoting events. - Provide training for event staff. - Organize and coordinate events efficiently. - Manage event logistics to ensure smooth operations. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Assist in developing marketing campaigns. - Promote events to attract participants. Qualifications: - Possess Event Planning and Event Management skills. - Demonstrate strong Communication and Training skills. - Have Marketing skills with a focus on event promotion. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Exhibit problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. - Experience in managing events for non-profit organizations is a plus. - Proficiency in using event management software and marketing tools.
