Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and client satisfaction. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Event Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of events, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring seamless event delivery. Key Responsibilities: Help plan and organize events like weddings, corporate functions, and parties Talk to clients to understand what they want for their event Work with vendors for things like decoration, catering, music, and lights Visit venues before the event to check everything is in place Be present at the event to make sure everything runs smoothly Coordinate with the internal team to make sure tasks are completed on time Handle any last-minute changes or issues during the event Support in preparing event checklists, schedules, and basic reports after the event Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
