We are looking for a smart, resourceful, and proactive Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients for ongoing projects and events.
• Manage end-to-end coordination from brief to execution ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Prepare and maintain event documents including timelines, checklists, vendor trackers, and status reports.
• Liaise with venues, hotels, production teams, and logistics partners for smooth execution of on-ground activities.
• Support creative and design teams by providing clear briefs and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Handle day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and approvals with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, guest flow, and overall execution.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve them with a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain a positive, client-first attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in an event agency or client servicing role.
