You will be responsible for ServiceNow Software Development and Application Design. This includes ServiceNow Platform upgrades and performing tuning, as well as having hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM events, and CMDB. Your core accountabilities will involve having a minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow relevant experience. You will be responsible for ServiceNow Application development on ITSM workflows, flow designer, Business rules, UI policies, and flow standardization. Additionally, you will work on ServiceNow integrations using REST API, connectors, and custom integration. Managing ServiceNow CMDB discovery for both cloud and on-premise environments and flows to manage CI/Asset lifecycle will be part of your responsibilities. You will also work on ServiceNow events workflows and integrating event sources with ServiceNow, as well as ServiceNow upgrade, patching, and cloning knowledge. Utilizing ServiceNow ATF for automation, handling skip records, troubleshooting, and performance tuning will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will be involved in grooming new team members or engineers and promoting constant knowledge sharing and cross-skilling.
