Event Crew Member

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
• Approve all aspects before the day of the event
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
• Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Closing sales deals with prospects.
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and increasing company revenue.
• Demonstrating WE & You Events services to customers.
• Working with team members and other departments.
• Their duties include attracting new customers to a company, nurturing relationships with them and maximizing the profit.
• Must know to drive 2 and 4 wheeler.
• Application to be submitted along with photograph, driving license, Aadhar card and 2 references.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
