Event Coordinator

We are a vibrant and fast-paced events company seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of successful events. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to grow in the event management industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of events, from setup to breakdown Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Support the Event Manager with logistics, timelines, and on-site coordination Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements Prepare and maintain event-related documentation such as checklists and schedules Help with post-event follow-ups and reporting Ensure all event deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard Requirements: Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred At least 1 year of experience in an event coordination or support role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event tools/software is an advantage Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Event Coordination or Related Field
