The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all event-related activities for BeastDrive across multiple South Indian cities. This includes coordinating the car rally tasks, participant rounds, venue setups, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of all adventure sports and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning & Coordination

• Assist in planning and organizing BeastDrive events across all designated cities.
• Work with the operations team to create event timelines, schedules, and daily plans.
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and local partners for permissions and setups.

2. On-Ground Execution

• Oversee participant registration, check-in, and activity setups.
• Manage event day logistics, including crowd handling and task coordination.
• Ensure safety protocols and event rules are followed at all times.

3. Team Management

• Coordinate with volunteers, marshals, and adventure game instructors.
• Assign responsibilities and ensure smooth workflow during events.
• Conduct briefings before each activity or competition.

4. Participant Management

• Assist participants with queries, task instructions, and event flow.
• Maintain discipline and fairness during the competition tasks.
• Support participants during emergencies or issues.

5. Logistics & Materials Handling

• Manage delivery, movement, and setup of event materials, props, and equipment.
• Ensure all event elements (branding, kits, goodies, scoring sheets, etc.) are ready on time.

6. Reporting

• Submit daily event reports, incident logs, and participant feedback.
• Work with media teams for basic coordination during photo/video shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently across South India.
• Experience in event management or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic problem-solving and crisis-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Energetic, confident, and comfortable working on outdoor/adventure setups.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,479.74 - ₹36,026.62 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
