Job Description

Job Role: Telecaller – BeastDrive

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls with potential customers.
Respond to customer inquiries about BeastDrive services.
Clearly explain service details and resolve customer questions.
Convert inquiries into confirmed ticket sales using effective communication.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and customer records accurately.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Knowledge of at least one South Indian language is important:
Malayalam
Tamil
Telugu
Kannada
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,917.57 - ₹25,121.29 per month

Work Location: In person
