About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Events Anchor and Activity Coordinator to lead WonderLab’s science-based events and activities. You will be the face of WonderLab during school workshops, community events, and public exhibitions — bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of wonder to every session. This role blends creativity, performance, and organization to ensure every event is engaging, seamless, and delightful for children and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and anchor interactive science events, workshops, and activities for children.
• Coordinate and manage event logistics in collaboration with the operations team.
• Ensure smooth execution of events, from setup to audience engagement.
• Maintain event scripts, materials, and activity kits.
• Support creative planning for new event formats and interactive experiences.
• Represent WonderLab professionally at client and community engagements.
• Work closely with the core team to uphold quality, fun, and learning in every event.

Skills & Qualities

• Strong public speaking and storytelling skills.
• Confident performer who enjoys engaging large groups of children.
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable.
• Energetic, approachable, and able to manage on-ground event execution smoothly.
• Basic content creation and design skills (Canva, Google Suite, or similar tools).
• A background or genuine interest in science, education, or performing arts.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for events as required.
