Role Overview As an Event & Advertising Operations Executive at CrossWorks, you will be responsible for managing and executing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring smooth advertising operations. Your role will involve planning and delivering promotional campaigns, tracking performance metrics, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute event logistics for corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, and brand campaigns. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event and advertising operations. - Plan and deliver promotional campaigns that captivate, educate, and inspire audiences. - Track performance metrics to optimize processes and enhance the effectiveness of advertising strategies. - Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. - Drive customer-centric solutions at the intersection of events and advertising, combining creativity with cutting-edge technology. Qualifications Required - 2-4 years of experience in event operations, BTL (Below-The-Line) advertising, or experiential marketing. - Proven track record in managing corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, or brand campaigns. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as per project needs. - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.,
