Job Description

As a VIP Support Engineer based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for providing dedicated VIP and event support for end users and devices including Windows, Mac, and Tablets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving desktop, laptop, and software issues such as Windows 10/11, Mac OS, MS Office, and internet clients. - Handling installation, configuration, patching, antivirus updates, and printer setup. - Delivering quick issue resolution for VIP users and ensuring high uptime for all event location devices. - Coordinating with vendors and IT service providers for hardware replacement, firmware upgrades, and third-party application support. - Maintaining knowledge base, asset inventory, and documentation for VIP systems. - Ensuring proactive system health checks and first-time fix for critical incidents. - Collaborating closely with event managers and internal IT teams for smooth operations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.Tech/BE or equivalent degree (Degree in IT preferred). - 13 years of experience in desktop support or VIP/end-user support (hospitality experience preferred). - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills. - Flexibility for rotational shifts and weekend support when required.,
