1. Requirement Gathering & Environment Setup Define scope, prerequisites, and infrastructure readiness.

2. Installation & Configuration Deploy tool components and configure core settings.

3. Integration with ITSM & Cloud Platforms Ensure seamless connectivity with existing systems.

4. Automation & Orchestration – Implement workflows for self-healing, ticketing, and proactive remediation.

5. Monitoring & Alerting – Set up dashboards, alerts, and health checks for endpoints and infrastructure.

6. Agent Deployment & Endpoint Management – Install collectors/agents for data gathering and control.

7. Policy & Compliance Management – Configure patching, security, and compliance policies.

8. Reporting & Analytics – Generate insights, trend analysis, and performance metrics.

9. Training & Documentation – Prepare user guides and conduct knowledge sessions for teams.

10. Ongoing Maintenance & Support – Regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
