Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a proactive approach to system management and improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:-

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Internet of Things (IOT).- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.- Strong understanding of application support methodologies.- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Internet of Things (IOT).- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification15 years full time education
