Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end endpoint device migration projects as part of digital workplace transformation. This includes managing the migration from SCCM to Microsoft Intune, which involves co-management, policy design, and device onboarding. Additionally, you will oversee Office 365 migration efforts, covering Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. Your role will also involve driving transition projects that require handover from existing vendors to ensure knowledge transfer, continuity, and service quality. You will be tasked with defining and implementing EUC strategies, standards, and governance models while collaborating with various cross-functional teams such as infrastructure, security, service desk, and application owners. Ensuring compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and operational best practices will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Furthermore, leading and mentoring EUC support teams to ensure operational readiness and knowledge retention will be part of your role. Your qualifications for this position should include proven experience in SCCM to Intune migration and Microsoft 365 (O365) migration. You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Autopilot, and Windows 10/11 deployment. Experience in managing vendor transitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and service stabilization, will be beneficial. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.,
