EUC Engineer

Position EUC Engineer Location Pune, Maharashtra, India What you will do The EUC Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-user computing solutions that enhance employee productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technology standards. How you will do it Design and deploy end-user computing solutions including desktops, laptops, and virtualization technologies. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Collaborate with IT and business teams to define and implement new technologies that improve user experience. Monitor and maintain the performance and security of end-user systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection. Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and tools. What we look for 12+ years of experience in end-user computing or a related field. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop applications, and virtualization technologies. Experience with IT service management tools and processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
