Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Etsy Specialist located in Jaipur. The Etsy Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Etsy store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions. Daily tasks will involve monitoring sales, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also includes conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to enhance store performance. Collaboration with the design and production teams to accurately represent products online will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing an Etsy store, including product listings, and pricing
• Digital Marketing skills, including SEO and social media marketing
• Customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring sales and conducting market research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with eCommerce platforms and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams
• Experience in the furniture and rugs industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
