Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor ticketing queues.
Handle new ticket issuance.
Process EMD fulfilment.
Interpret airline fare rules and ensure correct application.
Identify and report errors promptly.
Coordinate with airlines and service providers to resolve issues.

Requirements:

34 years of experience in ticketing fulfilment.
Proficient in GDS platforms Amadeus & Sabre/Travelport.
Willing to work in 247 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Strong experience in interpreting airline fare rules and implementing best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Understanding of validating carriers and basic IATA regulations.
Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
Strong quantitative and calculation skills.
Ability to adapt to changes and perform effectively under pressure.
Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates
Undergraduates can apply Diploma /HSC Pass (10+2)
