Job Description

* Minimum 6 years of experience in ETL Pentaho Developers* Candidates having an exposure to the latest version like 7/8 are preferred.*Excellent data analysis skills.* Good experience in Pentaho BI Suite(Pentaho Data Integration Designer / Kettle, Pentaho Report Designer, Pentaho Design Studio, Pentaho Enterprise Console, Pentaho BI * * Server, Pentaho Metadata, Pentaho Analysis View, Pentaho Analyser & Mondrian).* Experience in performing Data Masking/Protection using Pentaho Data Integration.* Experience in creating ETL pipeline including extraction, transformation, merging, filtering, joining, cleansing, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting using Pentaho* Comfortable in working within RDBMS systems, e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle.* Analytical with good problem- solving skills* Excellent Communication SkillsLead all payment screening initiatives as the technical person* Develop and implement strategies for false positive reduction* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams* Oversee tuning operations for payment screening systems* Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment* Provide expert guidance on sanctions compliance and regulatory requirements* Drive innovation in payment screening methodologies* Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesskills* Knowledge of AI/ML applications in payment screening* Experience with regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions* Background in financial services technology implementation* Product ownership certification or equivalent experience
