ETL Developer

• Experience on multiple full release project life cycles including Agile. (Essential)
• Demonstrates technical leadership skills (Essential)
• Expertise in working with SQL in an AWS data warehousing/data lake environment. (Essential)
• SQL Programming: Strong command over SQL programming language and its syntax, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, indexing, and optimization techniques. (Most Essential)
• Performance Tuning and Optimization: Ability to analyze query performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SQL statements and database configurations for improved efficiency and response times. (Essential)
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving database-related issues, such as connectivity problems, performance degradation, or data integrity concerns. (Essential)
• Experienced using AWS Glue or AWS RedShift (Highly Desirable) alternate cloud technologies would be considered also .
• Documentation and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document scripts, procedures, and database changes. Ability to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. (Essential)
• Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically when analyzing complex data requirements, designing efficient queries, and resolving database-related issues. (Essential)

• Experience with data visualization and creating interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques and experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity and accuracy

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (i. e. , Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies Strong programming and debugging skills Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role Strong organizational and time management skills
