Job Description

Role Overview: As an ETL & BI Testing Specialist at IGS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processes. Your attention to detail and expertise in testing will drive excellence in Business Intelligence testing. Working in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate complex data processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform backend testing on complex ETL workflows and data warehouse systems. - Validate BI reports and dashboards to ensure data consistency and business logic accuracy. - Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to support testing needs. - Identify, troubleshoot, and document data issues within large datasets. - Utilize tools like JIRA for test management and defect tracking. - Collaborate within Agile teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in SQL, with the ability to write and analyze complex queries. - Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse testing and BI reporting validation. - Experience testing reports built with Tableau or similar tools. - Familiarity with database systems such as Vertica, Oracle, or Teradata. - Proficient in using test and defect management tools, especially JIRA. - Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
