Ethernet Developer - Android AOSP

Mission of the Role:

A skillful, dynamic, and multitalented person having good exposure to Ethernet and Networking in embedded Systems. Excellent in implementing new and innovative networking ideas in the Automotive environment.

Key Objectives of this Role:

Designing and implementing new solutions and testing the resilience of the Automotive Ethernet and Networking to benefit the organization that seeks excellence and innovation.

• Review customer requirements, develop and implement Ethernet feature set.

• Develop, code, test and troubleshoot the system software
• Analyze, monitor and improve efficiency, stability of the system
• Interface with hardware design and development
• To be as a team player with good time-management skills.
• To be interactive and good in communication.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Having good experience in programming and debugging skills: C, C++ and Java.
• Having good knowledge in layer2 and layer3 protocols.
• Having good work experience in network protocols TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP, DHCP, AVB is preferable.
• Exposure to basic profiles such as FTP, WebSocket, SMTP, SNMP, VPN proxy servers and firewall configuration.
• Exposure to Automotive Switch and router configurations and its applications
• Work experience in Android AOSP / Linux based Infotainment systems and build environment
• Exposure to different networking debug tools and analysis of network logs
• Usage of GIT tools and knowledgeable in Configuration management

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Specify the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience required to perform the role, including education, certifications, and work experience.

• Masters / bachelors degree in business management

• 8+ years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment.

• Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
