Responsibilities: To act as lead member in ITC Coordination team. Prepare and issue ITC Overall Basic Document base don the ITC Overall Basic Document (Preliminary). Prepare integrated Overall ITC Detail Plan based on the ITC Overall Basic Document and Overall ITC Plans issued by each Contractor. Coordinate between Contractors/Parties related to the Overall ITC, concerning matters such as scheduling and location for installing and attaching measuring devices on the Rolling Stock at the Depot. Witness the tests related to Overall ITC (as applicable). Evaluate test results along with respective package Engineer and advise corrective actions and/or additional tests to the Contractors. Examine and determine countermeasures along with respective package Engineer against issues related to two or more packages. Issue summarized/ compiled progress reports and recommendation on the Overall ITC, at the appropriate time. Submitting all necessary documents and have discussions etc. with CMRS / RDSO/ other Statutory Authorities to obtain approvals. Qualifications: Postgraduate / Doctorate in relevant field (preferred). Graduate Engineering degree in relevant field (minimum). Total experience: Overall 25 years of experience in Railways / Metro. Minimum 15 years of experience in Overall Integration, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) of various systems including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) in High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects. Your new role challenging and future-oriented As Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for following: Work assignments: You will take the technical responsibility for the management of mass roll-outs of Engineering activities in ATP/ATC for ETCS L1/L2 applications as part of large-scale customer projects within time, budget and quality framework: Ensuring economic success and (internal) customer satisfaction for ATP/ATC domain in ETCS L1/L2 application projects. Job Purpose: The Interface Manager Signaling & Telecommunication Systems is responsible for managing and overseeing all technical and functional interfaces between signaling and telecommunication subsystems and other civil and systems packages. The role ensures seamless integration of technologies such as ETCS (European Train Control System) , CBTC (Communication-Based Train Control) , and modern telecommunication systems in metro, mainline rail, and high-speed rail projects . This role is crucial for ensuring that interfaces are clearly defined, controlled, and executed in alignment with technical specifications, project schedules, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Interface Management & Coordination Manage and coordinate all interfaces involving signaling and telecommunication systems with civil, track, power supply, rolling stock, and SCADA systems. Oversee the integration planning for technologies such as ETCS Level 1/2 , CBTC , onboard and wayside systems, and optical and wireless telecommunication networks . Ensure technical compatibility and alignment across all interfacing systems and disciplines. Documentation & Control Prepare and maintain: Interface Control Documents (ICDs) Interface Requirement Specifications (IRS) Interface Matrix Common Interface Program Track interface documentation status and ensure timely sign-off and version control across stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Lead interface coordination meetings with engineering teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and third parties. Testing, Validation & Commissioning Support Collaborate with integration and testing teams to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT) . Progress Monitoring & Reporting Monitor on-site interface progress related to signaling and telecom packages and report regularly to project leadership. Maintain logs of interface resolutions, risks, and decision tracking. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Railway Systems, or Communications Engineering. Minimum 10+ years of experience in interface management for signaling and telecommunication systems .
