Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Review of the tender drawings, Lease Out Drawings (LODs), Specifications, Bills of Quantity (if provided) and raise RFI to client for further clarifications. Evaluate the cost estimates prepared against the tender specific requirements, identify the discrepancy and assist in providing due technical support. Facilitate pre-tender bid meetings, Coordinate for site visit and oversee timely submission of the tenders Ensure the technical and commercial submissions are aligned with the specified tender conditions. Prepare and maintain record of the Estimation submitted, database of raw materials, equipment cost of Civil, Architectural, Joinery, MEP works Ensure the project kick-off meetings are conducted, the Cost summary report showing Material, Labour, Procurement and Long lead item list are tracked and maintained. Oversee projects and ensure variations are attended with priority and proper cost breakdown with substantiations are submitted to client within TAT. Ensure periodic follow-up with the respective Project Manager on pending variation approvals. Periodically review the process and ensure Library is maintained up to date with material additions and any other new products Organize and present the kick-off meeting with inter-departments Devise mechanism to track labour efficiency and productivity.
