Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Estimation Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in construction and interior fit-out projects . The ideal candidate will manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate estimation, cost control, and efficient contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for various project stages.
• Manage contract administration, including tendering, bid evaluations, and variation claims.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Conduct value engineering and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Handle vendor and subcontractor negotiations for competitive pricing and compliance.
• Evaluate and process variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure project efficiency.
• Maintain detailed Excel-based cost reports and integrate cost data with Primavera P6 schedules.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and prepare precise quantity take-offs.
