Estimation Engineer

• Segregate the enquiries based works, HOD’s
• Receive, collect all enquiries generated by the sales channel Thoroughly review each individual enquiry to identify the product, service, scope, brand, technical specifications etc.
• Communicate with customer, sales channel to gather more technical information (as and when required)
• Ensure quotation preparation within the shortest time frame (max 24hrs) for the stock & regular items based on the standard price list
• Ensure site quotation sent out on time.
• Send price, availability and technical data request to the purchase/commercial team for non- stock/non- regular items
• Close follow up with commercial team to get the no stock items pricing within the shortest time frame.
• Discuss with sales channel /HOD prior releasing quotation to customer on any pricing strategy (as required)
• Discuss with HOD /Technical team on special items pricing, technical clarifications.
• Follow detailed procedure of estimation to ensure accuracy in the costing of fabrication items.
• Prepare quotations with correct product codes, item description, unit rates, delivery terms, payment terms, TAX terms etc.
• Prepare the quotation and forward to BDM by copying HOD.BDM will forward the quote out to the customer
• File all quotations with complete supporting documents in file in order
• Discuss with HOD for further pricing strategy, discount pattern (if required)
• Submit a copy of all received approvals to marketing team for further sales enhance
• Preparation of material submittal based the request of customer and filing each approval copy on respective folders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
